I wonder if there are conferences where TinML teaching and curriculum related topics are discussed and where it would be good place to network with other educators in this emerging field.

At the moment your best bet is the tinyML Foundation summit and research symposium (and EMEA event) https://www.tinyml.org/event/summit-2023/ although that is a bit research focused. That said, I was just talking with some folks the other day about an educational event. Historically we have done a Zoom event to help others learn about tinyML but/and an event to discuss how to best teach tinyML could be quite fun!
