I hope ask two questions about TinyML Research Symposium 2022 submission.
First, will it be okay to upload the submitted paper to arXiv before the decision is notified? The submission webpage (tinyML Research Symposium - 2022 - tinyML Research Symposium) says submissions must be anonymized for double-blind review. So I think if I upload my paper to arXiv, it might hurt anonymity.
Second is about the deadline. The webpage (tinyML Research Symposium - 2022 - tinyML Research Symposium) says the deadline is Fri 17 Dec 2021 23:59 EST. However the submission page (Sign in - tinyML Research Symposium 2022) says the deadline is 17 Dec 2021 11:59:59am EST. There is 12-hour diffence. May I ask which one is correct?
