• Managed the development of an API to open our back office platform to 3rd party providers thus extending our reach through channel sales partners
• Drove record high profit margins and year over year growth under the leadership of Valsoft.
Operational Excellence: As President of DockMaster under the leadership of Valsoft, drove the company to record high profit margins and year over year organic growth.
Business Leadership: Established “DockMaster” as the leading provider of marine management software in North America by increasing the average net annual recurring revenue over a 10-year period by 5.5% each year. This lead to the successful acquisition of the business by software startup My-Villages (aka MyTaskit).
Entrepreneurship: Co-founded a venture-backed software consultancy and drove sales from $0 to $2.6M in total revenue in 2-years that lead to the acquisition of that firm by Interwoven.
